PLAN OF SALVATION

Now that you know something about us, do you mind if we ask you a question about you? If you were to die five minutes from now, where would you spend eternity? You only get one choice of places and the choice is yours. God wants you to live with Him of course, but you can choose to live without Him in that other place. I can't begin to tell you what a horrible eternity that would be.

Here is a plan that the Bible presents for choosing to live with Him:

1. ROMANS 3:23 tells us that all have sinned and come short of the Glory of God. What this means is that we all make mistakes; no one is perfect. Including you :) and me :)

2. JOHN 3:16 says God so loved the world, He gave His only begotten Son. God loves us and is merciful but He is also Holy and must punish sin.

3. EPHESIANS 2:8-9: For by Grace are you saved through Faith and this is not from yourself but it is a gift from God. Not through works lest any should boast. God has paid sin's penalty for us as a free gift that we must accept in order to be saved. There is nothing we can do to save ourselves. Not by good works, not by joining a church. We are simply not good enough to save ourselves. But there is a way. What is it? I'm glad you asked!!!

4. ROMANS 6:23: The wages of sin is death but the gift of God is eternal life through JESUS CHRIST our Lord. God offers us salvation through putting our faith in JESUS CHRIST.

5. JOHN 14:6: I am the way, the truth and the life, No one comes to the Father but by me. The good news is that JESUS died was buried but on the third day He rose again and now offers us life in the Father (eternal life) through Him. The Bible says there is no other name under heaven given among men whereby we must be saved but the name of JESUS. God placed all our sins on Him and He alone paid the penalty for our sins through His death on the cross. There is no other religious figure or person who has ever done that for you; who ever wanted to or who ever could.

The choice is yours. You can receive JESUS CHRIST where you are right now and receive God's free gift by praying this simple prayer and meaning it with all your heart:

Dear God: I am a sinner and I need your forgiveness. I believe that CHRIST died for me and paid the penalty for my sins. I am willing to turn from my sins and invite you to come into my heart and my life as my personal Savior. Please fill me with your spirit and make yourself real to me.

CONGRATULATIONS!!! If you prayed this prayer and sincerely meant it, welcome to the family of God. If you were to die five minutes from now, you would wake up in His presence there to spend eternity. What's also wonderful is you can begin to live a brand new life right now that you never thought possible. If any person be in CHRIST old things are passed away and all things are become new!!!
